R. multiflora var. cathayensis group.....'Rou Man Fen Tuan' ("Pink cluster with downy leaf undersides") The double flowers are dark pink, The backs of the leaves of this form are densely covered with downy hairs, and the leaves have jagged tips with brownd glands. The styles are fused at the bottom to form a bundle, but the tip (apex) is sometimes separated. It was collected in Lijiang, Yunnan.
