Stacy, I believe the tea called 'Reine des Belges' is extinct. Your plant is probably the rambler of the same name by Jacques.

Hi.
Thanks so much - I am sure that you are right, my Reine des Belges is not a tea - she climbs, about 10-12 feet, but doesn't behave much like a rambler - that is, she flowers quite late and goes on well into November (this year at any rate). I'm in the UK (Dorset) where are you?
