Rose and peony (member) Garden

We currently have 60 peonies planted. Most are Tree Peonies, but we do have some ITOH and herbaceous varieties also. Our official planting zone is zone 3. We "heavily" mulch our plants and so far have not lost a peony.
This winter we had several days of -45 temps and pray our plants make it through. Most of our plants are rated for zone 4 and warmer.
