What year was the Hershey Rose Garden started? I have 8mm film of part of the garden, and a sign which says "Hershey Rose Garden, 35th Anniversary". We would like to know what year that was?

The Hersey Gardens website (http://www.hersheygardens.com/attractions/theme_gardens.html) has the following information.

and
