Dear Wendy C,
Thanks for the email about Oceana. I wanted to know really if it would grow in Temecula, California where my daughter lives. This is in Southern California, just North of San Diego. I know that it would never grow in Massachusetts where I am but wanted to buy Oceana (Osiana) for my daughter.
Also, does anyone in the United States sell this rose bush? Please advise.

Temecula is a pretty rose friendly area. It should do fine. Hortico ships to anywhere in the U.S. so they are a source you can use. I've ordered from them and would do so again. You can ask the folks at Horitco if Oceana would do well in South Cal
