Belle Amour An extremely beautiful rose of doubtful origins; probably a chance seedling found in a French convent garden. Clear medium to soft pink large fragrant semi-double flowers, with prominent yellow stamens. Grows vigorously to 2 metres.

Blanc Pur.  Shows its parentage to the Teas very well.  it is extremely vigorous and has large lush leaves, big thorns and enormous pure white full flowers which are fragrant.

'Botzaris' (1856) A beautiful old rose which is believed to owe its fragrance and whiteness to its relationship to R. alba. The flower is about 75mm or more across, flat, quartered, creamy white with a button eye. Foliage light green, wood quite prickly on a plant up to more than a metre high.

Camaieux  (1830). This is one of the best striped roses and always excites comment when in flower.  It has a striking combination of white, crimson, pink, lilac, and grey at different stages. Sometimes not a robust plant, grows to about a metre or so.

Cerise Bouqet  (1958)  A vigorous-growing plant to at least 3 metres.  Medium-sized almost double flowers of deep  cerise-pink, which have one annual flowering.  A beautiful and distinctive rose.

Colonial White (1959). A vigorous-growing hybrid with healthy foliage, long canes and large prickles. The flowers are over 75mm across and a dull white, quartered and very fragrant. They open flat and are recurrent.

p45 'Complicata' This hybrid has always been difficult to classify and authorities are undecided on its origins, but its beauty is undoubted. A large single flower of at least 125 mm, clear rose-pink and lighter in the centre. A magnificent sight in full flower on a large plant. Globular orange fruit follow the flowers.

Comte de Chambord (1860).  Double flowers are bright pink fading to lilac-mauve.  Flowers intermittently throughout a long season.  A plump plant, grows to more than a metre.  Fragrant.
