High Noon (Lammerts, United States, 1946).  There are ten years between this rose and 'Golden Showers' raised by the same hybridiser and both are excellent deep-yellow varieties.  This rose is smaller in the blooms and they are a deeper yellow.  The flowers are fragrant and sometimes can have red tints.  A prolific and attractive rose which never seems to be without flowers.

Madam President (McGredy, New Zealand, 1975). This rose was named to commemorate the Golden Jubilee of the Women's Division of Federated Farmers of New Zealand. It is a beautiful soft pink of medium size, flowering in clusters. It makes an excellent bedding rose; indeed there are several delightful beds of this rose throughout the country. It has a light fragrance and dainty buds which open to very double flattish flowers on a medium-sized plant.
