THE ROSARY. By Dog Rose [...] Ordinary Climbers. These are mostly teas and hybrid teas, and are strong growers, and comprise some of the finest climbing roses. Some of the best are:— [...] Doctor Quinn.— A unique colour, being a deep crushed strawberry shaded with crimson.

THE ROSARY.
By Dog Rose.
Edgar M. Burnett.—This was sent out by the raiser who claimed that it was a better rose than La France, but my experience has not proven it to be so. In the spring the flowers are apt to turn a disagreeable shade of pink, having much blue in it. It is sweetly scented, but I do not think it deserves all the good things that have been said about it.

The Rosary - By Dog Rose.
Queen of Hearts, a climber of recent introduction, has flowered well, producing bright, clear pink flowers which have dark crimson stamens.  I am inclined to think that this rose is better in the summer and autumn with us than in the spring.  In Victoria it is exceptionally good in the spring, flowering freely, and being an excellent colour, it is a splendid rose for cutting.

The Rosary - By Dog Rose.
During the last six weeks I have taken note of several of the newer roses which have been very beautiful during December and January, and have also promised to flower well again later in the season. [...] Queen of Hearts promises to flower freely right throughout the year, and the flowers at present are good in colour. The dark crimson stamens in the centre of the flower makes it very distinct and attractive. It is a good grower and has fine foliage.

The Rosary. By Dogrose.
Rosy Morn. — Of climbing habit, but can be pruned into a bush. A clear pink on a white ground. The bloom is of semidouble form, and the centre is composed of rich crimson stamens, which make the flower very effective. It is a lovely flower for indoor decoration.

THE ROSARY. By Dog Rose. During the past week we have had some lovely blooms from some of the varieties of roses which flower early. [...] Souvenir de Stella Gray [sic] is unfortunately not a strong grower, but the blooms are very beautiful in colour, being a rich orange-yellow shaded with chrome and crimson. If this were only a strong grower, it would undoubtedly be one of the best and most beautiful of the yellow varieties.
