Your support of HelpMeFind is urgently needed. HelpMeFind, like all websites, needs funding to survive. We have set a premium-membership yearly subscription amount as low as possible to make user-community funding viable.

We are grateful to the many members who have signed up so far, but the number of premium-membership members remains too small for us to sustain the current support and development level. If you value HelpMeFind and want to see it continue we need your support too.

Yearly membership is only $2.00 per month and adds a host of additional features, and numerous planned enhancements, to take full advantage of the power and convenience of HelpMeFind. Click here to start your premium membership..

We of course also welcome donations of any amount. Click here to make a donation. Donations of $24 or more receive a thank-you gift of a 1-year premium membership.

As far as we have come, we feel HelpMeFind is still in its infancy. With your support we have so much more to accomplish.

I can not enter the page of D.A. Koster ( http://www.helpmefind.com/gardening/l.php?l=8.6028 ) by the BREEDER button. If I write Koster in this menu I only get Koster and Koster M.

Be sure you have checked the "Discoverers" button when you do the search.

Thank you for your answer. At the end I found out the way, as you suggested, to get him! For sure I am not particularly brilliant as it took me quite a while to solve the mistery. Luckily I knew of the existence of a Koster who "bred" a Dick Koster and he had to be there somewhere. So I stubbornly fought to the victory! But most of the people are not aware of the difference between a sport and a hybrid so they are not aware of the difference between a breeder and a discoverer. Fortunatly most of the breeder are also discoverer and by searching their name you can have them listed. Then, by clicking the name you can see either the bred or discovered roses. Unfortunatly Koster D.A. is one of the few breeder who was not a breeder but only a discoverer! Then, by checking the breeder button I could not have him listed; as you suggested I had to check the discoverer button to get him! Wouldn' t it be simpler just to have the breeder buttom that let all (breeders and discoverers) be listed and only by clicking the name you find if they bred and/or discovered roses?
The world is full of not particularly brilliant people who love roses ... can you do something for us?

We agree that listing breeders vs discoverers is confusing and we plan to combine the two in searches and listings. Thanks for taking the time to share your experience, it's very helpful in improving our website.
