    I guess this breeder has a rose called Sarah Jo. It is listed on Roger's Roses. I dont really know anythign about it, but the site states the following:

    A Floribunda introduced by Mehring in 1993. Double flowers red with a white eye and a salmon reverse, in small clusters, 12-25 petals, scent slight; upright to 2 feet (60cm) in height. Parentage ‘Sheri Ann’ x ‘Dortmund’. Photographed at Tollcross Park Glasgow Scotland.
