How can I buy the rose "Birthday present "from Europ (Austria ) ? is there any possibility?

I am also interested in this question of bringing in plant material from out of the country..Ive heard that the cost can be as much as $300.00 with customs. Is it possible to order through a supplier, rose society, or public garden that brings plants into the country?
