Lots of rain the last month..... roses are bigger and more buds than the last 5 yrs.....Planted uproar Zinnias today and Opopep....Cleaned out the back corner for more annuals... I'm having to force myself to get my gardening chores done....

High 60f low 50f Should of entered yesterday..It was 87f .This yr all my shrub roses are at a mature height I forget how big some of these roses get. Wow !!! Everything Is 2 Wks ahead..Roses will start blooming today or tomorrow.....Opopeo and zinnias are ready for planting just waiting for a day I don't have to play kybds.....Spring bulbs were amazing this yr and are just finishing......

Mar 17th 2017 high 36f low 19f This my 1st entry in a long time..Very warm February, followed by horrible cold temps in March..Every thing is frozen including crocus and daffs....No real warm up in site..Very very odd weather.....

High 82f Low 64f FIRST BLOOMS !!!!!!!!!!! The winner is Jens Munk and Henry Hudson....Munk has 5 blooms Hudson 1......... John Cabot has a serious fungal problem.....All the other shrubs are budded and looking great....
