Recommend to upload your photos on the page of the respective rose. In that case, the name appears at the top and other members can see your photo even later when they look for the rose. If you post your photos on the member page, then your photos will only be available for someone looking at your member listing. We have now reassigned the tow photos you posted.

Thank you very much, Jedmar. And very helpful, since I was not aware of this procedure.
Best Regards

Can anyone help me identify this lovely rose. I found it in a derelict house garden in Brittany (France) It gave these beautiful, medium size blooms this summer. It looks like a rambling sort, with two long shoots.
From my own research, it may look like 'Roi des Pourpres': fragrance, colour changing from strong pink to pale pink as the bloom ages, almond green leaves. Any idea?
Thanks in advance

It's not Rose du Roi des Pourpres, which is a much darker purplish-red.

Have you considered 'De la Grifferaie'? I don't have this rose unfortunately, so don't really know it.

Your suggestion is very worthwhile, Patricia. It seems to fit my case quite nicely. I did not know de la Grifferaie so far, and it is a very pleasant discovery. Thank you for your help!

Thank you Darrell. I agree that this rose has not shown such a dark colour even at the beginning of the bloom - which leads to discarding the Roi des Pourpres case.

This is very similar to the rose I grow as 'Russelliana'.
