It’s so fun to read the comments on Mrs BR Cant in regards to her scent. Notes listed here in comments include: Grapefruit Passion Fruit Myrhh Apples Guava Honey Tea She is one of my favorites for scent and I agree with apples from above list but I might also add that the first thing that comes to mind when I smell mine is a strong hit of good garden soil. Good smelling dirt, in other words. I love it. It is a floriferous, beautiful and tough rose, standing up to strong heat as long as it has some water.

I love this rose! Interesting that I have opposite soil conditions than you, alkaline clay, and he tolerates that as well. You’re scent description is much classier than mine: I think of it as a heavenly rose rendition of Fruit Loops. ;)
