Brandy is one of my all time rave-fave roses, for sure. She lives just downhill (ie she gets all the nutrients) from the rabbit barn and wow, what a grower and bloomer! I routinely cut it back down from 6-8' anywhere from 2-4 times a year, and it never even slows down. It's in full scorching sun through the Sacramento Valley summer and has no trouble at all.

Like all my roses, though, it does have blackspot--something I just have to deal with. This rose is so well worth having, seeing, smelling--the fragrance is enough to make me drool--I recommend it to EVERY rose fan.

Along with rabbit manure! :)
