The original name, Regensberg, is from a tiny medieval village on a mountain top near where I live, in Switzerland, in the northern part of Zurich. This place was earlier very know for its many rose gardens. However, there are not so many left, even though the climate would be great - it's also a place where they produce wine. If you are visiting this region, it's worth a detour, as there is the only round medieval tower in the whole area, very uncommon for Switzerland. From this place you have a great view and you can see landing many airplanes in Zurich Intl. Airport.
