I received an email saying a site guest requested I review their HMF plant Wish List and identify the plants I have available now or next season.

But I can't seem to access this nor find a "SITE GUEST REQUESTS" button. Any suggetions?
Thanks in advance for your help.

This is one of HMF's most useful features available only to sponsor nurseries.

Display your nursery listing and on the main page you will find a button labeled "SITE GUEST REQUESTS". Click this to list all past and pending site guest requests.

Next to each request you will find a VIEW button. Click this to view their list of roses they are asking you to confirm you have. To the right of each rose are radio buttons to indicate if you have that rose in stock. Click the appropriate radio button if your inventory on that rose has changed.

For example, if they are looking to buy 'Betty Boop' and you have it listed on your HMF listing plant list then the "in stock" radio button will already be checked. If you have sold out of 'Betty Boop', click the "not available" radio button. If they are looking to buy a rose you do not have listed on your listing's plant list it will show as "not available" but you can change that to "in stock" if you now carry it.

The whole process is maximized for efficiency as we know you time is valuable. You can confirm the current inventory status of their wish list in less then a minute or two.

When you click the CONTINUE button two things will happen.

1. We will contact that HMF site guest on your behalf to alert them to current inventory status for the roses they are interested in.

2. We will automatically update you HMF listing's plant list to keep it current. New plants are added and old ones not in stock are dropped. This will ensure the next site guest plant confirmation request will automatically default to the current inventory status and you will not need to make the same changes repeatedly.

A very powerful sponsor feature indeed !

Thanks for your reply. Oddly, the button doesn't appear on my computer when I access the Nursery site listing but it does show up on John's when he accesses the Nursery site listing on his computer! Not a huge problem, I suppose the Nursery listing is linked to him? I have reponded to the guest request. It is a great feature, it is one of the best sites EVER.
Thanks again
Becky

Your assumption is correct; your account was not "linked" to this nursery. We have done so.
