I spoke with Jim Mills about White Delight this morning (3/3/2017), he said that he had no idea why White Delight fell out of favor, that it's one of his best roses, that he still has it in his own garden. I told him I need 27 roses for a hedge in Southern California and he said he would be happy to grow them. He buds them in May and they would be available in the fall.
All his roses are grown on Futuriana rootstock. http://www.kandmroses.com/index.htm
If anyone knows where White Delight is currently available, I'd love 27 of them...

It looks you could get a bundle of twigs from UC Davis and see if you can't root them.

I was surprised it wasn't an exhibition favorite. Before Gemini really caught on, you'd see tons of Pristine and similar roses in this color range. Roses with inferior form to White Delight. Heck, you even saw Pascali...more than one should lol.
