Botanist, ethnobotanist, gardener, permaculturalist, now a mama of two littles so my gardening is only during nap time and an obsessive grasp at trying to have some grown up time and quiet. I only recently got over my desire to grow only edibles and got bit by the cut flower bug. Currently filling up all available space with roses. I fear I will do it wrong six times before it all gets said and done. Just read a thread about how awful David Austins are here in hot sunny So Cal. Oops. Hope not all my mistakes are so expensive :)
