Hello Jan,
I have been searching for the Sands of Time ™ (MINazco) russet miniature. I have searched all the websites and other member gardens that have grown this rose. None of them answer or are still selling the rose. If you are willing and able I would love to buy a cutting from you.

As far as I know, I no longer have the rose. John Bagnasco would be your best bet.
