This rose seems to be relatively thornless from the photos here, at least I can't see any thorns, but there are no references to it being light on thorns. Would anyone who grows it care to comment?

I have found it to have thorns and I want to say the bottom of the leaves are especially prickly but the stems are sparesely thorned. New growth does come in red and fade to green

Thanks BobbieSue. Prickly leaves are the worst!
