I have two knock out roses I planted last year. They did fine, but this year they have not had any blooms. Any help

One of the reasons a rose doesn't bloom is because there was a cold snap in the spring when the buds were starting to form. This kills the flowers that would have bloomed in early summer. However if that is the reason, the rose bush will bloom normally around mid summer.
