I placed an order with a credit card and if you dispute the charge with your credit card company, you can recover your money. The owner of this nursery, had a VERY good reputation in the rose community, but passed away and apparently no one closed out the mail order end of the website. Additionally, many of the hard-to-find roses that they carried may be gone forever.
