Select Roses here in W. Canada is specializing in Miniature roses. They have the BEST own root mini roses in N. America. It's too bad they do not ship to the USA. Years ago I used to deliver hundreds of their minis to 4 different Rose Societies in the Seattle/Tacoma area. Everybody was commenting on the HIGH quality of their minis.
