According to Australian Rose Breeders 1880-2012, the breeder is Laurie Ulrick.

Thank you Karl. I had Noted his Christian name in ‘Eumundi’ and seven other of his roses, but I will make it official and alter L. to Laurie.
He bred in the 1950’s and we have no photos of any of his roses. It seems that his roses may all have disappeared.
