In Cincinnati, OH, this breeder is known as the Rose Doctor. He is also an MD, and has one of the country's outstanding rose gardens.

Would like to know on what stock Dream Come True is grafted. Also if it is hardy to zone 5B

Please contact the rose nursery where you intend to purchase your rose for this information. Various nurseries often use different root stocks more appropriate to their climate zone.
