Bred by Michael Henry Horvath (United States, 1898).
Introduced in United States by Pitcher and Manda Nursery in 1898 as 'Pink Roamer'.
Introduced in Australia by Arthur Yates & Co. Ltd. in before 1907 as 'Pink Roamer'.
Class:
Hybrid Wichurana, Rambler.  
Bloom:
Crimson, white center, ages to deep pink .  Moderate, cinnamon fragrance.  Average diameter 1.5".  Small to medium, single (4-8 petals), in small clusters bloom form.  Once-blooming spring or summer.  
Habit:
Climbing.  Dense, fragrant foliage.  

Height: up to 9'10" (up to 300cm).  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Hardy.  vigorous.  Disease susceptibility: susceptible to rust .
