Nola Simpson. Final Analysis 1993-94
'Rosie' (BENros); Benardella 1987; 'Rise 'n Shine' x ('Sheri Anne' x 'Laguna'); pink blend; 30 reports on 35 bushes; 54cms; 7.4 rating. A miniature of good flower form and colour in varying shades of pink, mostly cream with pink edging. The plants cover themselves in bloom, but slow to repeat thereafter. Most complaints centre on the plants - do not grow all that well and are difficult to establish initially, also disease resistance is suspect, with blackspot, powdery mildew and rust mentioned in the reports. A good exhibiting miniature and very pretty when at its best.
