Bred by Lord Penzance (United Kingdom, 1895).
Introduced in Australia by George Brunning - St. Kilda Nurseries in 1904 as 'Julia Mannering'.

Bloom:
Light pink, golden-yellow stamens, ages to white .  Moderate fragrance.  6 to 8 petals.  Single (4-8 petals), cluster-flowered bloom form.  Spring or summer flush with scattered later bloom.  Leafy sepals buds.  
Habit:
Climbing.  Large, dark green foliage.  7 leaflets.  

Height: 6' (185cm).  Width: 4' (120cm).
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).
