p70.  'Rising Star' (Jalstar) Patio, bred by Brad Jalbert (Canada),  Amore  Roses. Trial No. 5030.  A tall patio or miniature type rose caught the eye at times; the blooms were very shapely but maybe  a little on the large size if grown well. (I am sure some of the keen exhibitors might like to try this rose). The toned pink blooms sometimes seemed lack life but other times it was very showy. The tall more upright habit with matt green foliage did have a few disease issues in particular rust and powdery mildew.
