I think the other parent is a rose of the identical name found here:

but its deinifitely not the 1994 version of the same name since this rose was introduced in 1994. Also, this specific breeder usually does not use climbers in his work. He usually only works with miniatures or anything that could potentially combine well with miniatures.

Yes, a miniature is more probable as a parent than a LCL.

The parentage given isnt possible considering the timing involved. Maybe the pollen parent is another rose of the same name?
