The parentage is simply Graham Thomas x Davidoff, the same as Versigny’s according to my private communication with the Breeder Dominique Massad. Please correct this information.

Not quite there yet but it’s true. Both well deserved to be in the Hall of Fame.

Someone suggest it's "Bolshoï"(MEIzuzes), but I think Bolshoi is not that red( more pinkish?), the leaves are not that glossy.(This variety is commonly called 'Caprice de Meilland' in China, but it is clearly a misnomer.)

The color is Vibrant cherry red with a velvety texture, and the back of the petals has a pearlescent or silver hue. Size is 10~12cm. When it is about to wither, its petals will turn purple tone. The fragrance is not strong.
The leaves are very large and quite glossy. The plant is very upright and has good growth.

I noticed the rose "Yakimour", lookes quite alike. but the information is very limited so I still not sure about it.
Does anyone know its real name?
