On the same bush you can have both off white and yellow blooms. (Photos 14/5/24)
Google translation of the 2000 reference:
"‘Cream Gold’ = Miniature… fine pointed buds… small flowers with slender centers, yellow containing more or less gold or cream depending on the climate, to the point of sometimes being more off-white than yellow. Made up of at least 40 petals, they are often fragrant – here again, the climate influences… compact bush with a spreading habit. Moore, US, 1978."

This is not a Florabunda. Mine does not bloom in clusters. It has large 5" single blooms. A new favorite of mine--but please reclassify it whoever has the power.

The nurseries offer it as a floribunda, with clustered blooms. Some of their photos show a few blooms together. Can you post photos?

The hybridizer or introducer determines the class of the rose, not the admins of this website. Sometimes the assigned class seems arbitrary and illogical.
