Dear Administrator of HMF,
Sorry if this is not the site where to tell you about my problem, but I did not find anywhere else in your page.
I am a Premium member of HMF (N° 4894008). My subscription expires on October 11th 2018.
I have not been able to make rose queries selecting several criteria at the same time: the e page tells me that to do so I needed to be a Premium member. So, I decided to pay another USD 24, what I did on 6th July.
Today, it happened the same to me when I tried to make another query.
Please, can you tell me how to solve this?

I'm not the administrator, but maybe it helps, when You sign out and then sign in again. Just give that a try.

I tried to sign in and I signed out but I was unlucky.
