'Special Mum' is available in Australia under the name 'Bellissimo Mum'. I don't have 'Bellissimo Mum', so I wouldn't be able to make an accurate comparison. From the information available in Helpmefind.com and growers websites there are differences in their richness of colour, petal count and flower form. 'Special Mum' seems to be more compact than 'Dream Chaser'.
