I paid for premium but no upgrade

I have manually updated your account while I ask the support group to look into why you upgrade was not immediate. The can happen if you have multiple HMF member accounts - sometimes a member also has an anonymous account they are not aware of. Also having multiple email accounts can cause a problem. It would be helpful if you can provide the date of your upgrade to speed our research.
