I have a tree rose in my 7b (annapolis MD) garden that is all wrapped up still. is it safe to unwrap it yet? I'm afraid it will get too hot, although it's only been in the 50-60 here mostly. I cnna see the tip of one branch which has sprouts on it. Do I need t owait til lafter the last frost date?
