I uploaded a photo (Photo Id: 171584) that needs to be rotated correctly. I have the corrected photo, however, there is no way for me to modify the posted photo. Please advise. Thanks!

Just delete the current one and upload the corrected replacement. As the photo's owner you can delete it using the EDIT button.
