Hello,

I recently donated $24 to get premium membership. However the website is still asking for a donation? I have signed out and in but it has not updated. Please help?

Can you be specific about a feature you are unable to use. Having an exact issue to test makes problem resolution much faster.

Hello,

I have tried using the advanced search, however when I select two options... Such as Class- Portland and colour-white. I get the message "you have selected multiple search criteria. Sorry, but non-premium membership members are limited to single criteria searches.
Premium-membership members or advanced searches for gold level sponsor listings are allowed multiple search criteria. Please reduce the number of search criteria selected."
Also, all though I have the star next to my name, when I go to my account, the option to "upgrade to premium" still appears.

Also I am unable to see the "lineage" of any roses.
