p68.  Certificates of Merit awarded to 'My  Dad' (Mattmaf)  Fl. bred  by  Bob Matthews, Matthews Nurseries Ltd. Trial No. 4998. This will be a reliable performer in the garden, it is very healthy, has a strong semi erect habit, tuff dark green leathery foliage, semi glossy in appearance. The foliage compliments the bright golden yellow romantic form flowers, these are formed in nice size clusters and weather well in the rain. Unfortunately the flowers can end up facing downward  at times. Good rose but is it as good as 'Absolutely Fabulous'? Time will tell.
