Introduced in France by Grandes Roseraies du Val de la Loire in 1928 as 'Madame Henri Queuille'.
Introduced in Australia by Hazlewood Bros. Pty. Ltd. in 1930 as 'Madame Henri Queuille'.

Bloom:
Orange-red, darker center, copper shading, red shading.  Reverse golden-yellow highlights.  Strong fragrance.  Large, full (26-40 petals), borne mostly solitary, in small clusters bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, few or no prickles/thorns, upright.  Glossy, bronze-green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 6b through 9b (default).  Disease susceptibility: very disease resistant.
