Oswald Sieper (H.T.) has exceptionally large very double flowers of high-pointed shape, with large stiff petals of creamy-white tinted lemon at the centre, borne upon long strong stems. Growth is vigorous, erect and branching, foliage green and glossy and not subject to disease. Krause 1932...Moderately fragrant...June-Sept. Hardy.
