Website/Catalog (1952) Page(s) 2. 1951 Introductions 69B—Charlie's White Medium sized white bomb. This variety does not have any pink in it but opens with a yellowish cast. Tall strong grower- proliferous. Blooms with Mons. Jules Elie or possibly 1 day earlier. Also beautiful in bud and has no stamens. Good keeper in storage. Plant often does not bloom as a 2 year old. We believe this to be the best commercial white cut flower. Also a very good garden plant. $40.00 per 3-5 eye division. Certificate of Merit- Rockford Peony Show- June, 1950
