A very delayed response. A peony seen in France which I believed was Kishu Caprice was very fragrant. Attempts to obtain one from France via Pivoines Michel Riviere was unscuccessful. Allan Rogers book on peonies said it was available from Caprice Farm Nursery in Oregon and I had one sent to me while visiting America but its flower was single and unlike Kishu caprice when it flowered. If you find a source please let me know.
