I ordered a root cluster of 'Border Charm' from Hollingsworth, the breeder. I planted it in October (NC, 7b). In it's first season it is about 18" x 18" with 2 large blooms- fairly vigorous by peony standards. I definitely recommend this cultivar if you might like a quality, affordable yellow Itoh specimen.
