Bred by Toichi Domoto (Japan, before 1992).
Introduced in New Zealand by John & Dot McFarlane in 1996 as 'Emily-Louise'.
Class:
Hybrid suffruticosa, Tree peony.  
Bloom:
Lavender, pink shading, dark purple flares.  Average diameter 9".  Very large, semi-double to double bloom form.  Midseason.  
Habit:

Height: 39" to 4'11" (100 to 150cm).
