Origin:
Bred by Samuel Darragh (1932-2019) McGredy IV (1977).
Introduced in New Zealand by McGredy Roses International (New Zealand) as 'Waiheke'.
Class:
Floribunda, Grandiflora.  
Bloom:
Orange-pink, ages to lighter .  Coral pink with lighter reverse.  Mild, rose, spice fragrance.  30 petals.  Average diameter 2".  In small clusters, high-centered bloom form.  Blooms in flushes throughout the season.  Long, pointed buds.  
Habit:
Bushy, upright.  Medium, glossy, dark green foliage.  
Growing:
USDA zone 7b and warmer.  Heat tolerant.  Spring Pruning: Remove old canes and dead or diseased wood and cut back canes that cross. In warmer climates, cut back the remaining canes by about one-third. In colder areas, you'll probably find you'll have to prune a little more than that.  Requires spring freeze protection (see glossary - Spring freeze protection) .
