Bred by Modeste Guérin (France, 1840). Bred by François Delâche (France, 1854).
Class:
Hybrid lactiflora.  
Bloom:
Crimson, purple shading.  Mild, medicinal fragrance.  Average diameter 6".  Medium to large, semi-double to double bloom form.  Early-to-mid.  
Habit:
Medium.  Dark foliage.  
Growing:
Can be used for landscaping.
