Discovered by Elwyn Chow (Australia, before 2010).
Class:
Hybrid suffruticosa.  
Bloom:
White, cream center.  None / no fragrance.  Average diameter 18".  Medium to large, semi-double bloom form.  Early-to-mid.  
Habit:

Height: up to 4' (up to 120cm).
