J.B. Clark - No 33 from 1912 Wills's Cigarette Rose Cards (set of 50 cards). Text on reverse: J. B. CLARK. (Hybrid Tea.) Introduced in 1905, this is undoubtedly one of the finest red roses in its section. The flowers are large and finely formed, with perfect pointed centre. In habit of growth it is very vigorous, and may be successfully grown as a pillar rose, or pegged down. Severe pruning should be avoided, unless required for exhibition purposes.
